I almost immediately regreted getting a blog. It nearly took me three weeks before I even told anyone about it! Here are some of the things we have been up to:
- Christmas in Canada (pictures and more details for another day, sorry), complete with a hassle-free border crossing (he asked me if I had papers, but didn't want to see them?).
- New Years in Arizona.
- Green card approval--yay!
- Classes started, and all professors seem pretty nice about the whole having-a-baby-midsemester thing.
- Finished law school applications; thank you to all who gave input.
- Started feeling braxton hicks, I think.
- Finally caught a cold, after leaving the Swendsen house of insanity unscathed. I still blame Brian.
Now that its after Christmas I can change the blog background! I've actually been waiting quite some time to do this, because it was the only Christmas-y template I liked, but my sister-in-law, Jess, had the same one, and it was like, totally embarrasing, like wearing the same dress to a party. We must have the same great taste, or something.

Well done on the green card! I think it is a big relief knowing that they cannot kick you out of the country without you breaking the law for at least 10 years!!
